1. Our website provides information about customized tours in Turkey. We do not offer any prices or pre-packaged tours on our website. Each tour is unique and tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
2. To book a tour with us, please contact us via our website or by email. We will provide you with a customized itinerary and price quote based on your preferences and requirements. Once you agree to the itinerary and price, we will ask you to pay a deposit to secure your booking.
3.  We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. Full payment is due before the start of the tour. If you cancel your booking, our cancellation policy will apply.

4. We require a deposit to confirm your booking.The deposit amount will be specified in your itinerary and is refundable 45 days prior to start of your tour (except for bank transmission fees and comissions).

   5. The remaining balance of your booking must be paid in full at least 20 days prior to the start of your tour.It will be specified in your itinerary.

   Cancellations and Refunds ;

    If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

    

   • More than 30 days prior to the start of your tour: full refund of deposit,except for bank transmission fees and bank comissions.
   • Less than 20  days prior to the start of your tour: 100% of the total deposit amaunt of your tour.
   • If you book for shore excursions from any Cruiseships,terms&conditions will be specified in your itinerary.

    

    Changes to itinerary ; 

   We understand that plans can change. If you need to make changes to your itinerary after you have made your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may be subject to additional fees

We take every precaution to ensure that our tours are safe and enjoyable. However, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property during the tour. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of unexpected circumstances, such as illness, injury, or trip cancellation.We do also make travel insurance for each of our customer during our tours in Turkey.
